令和６年度学位記授与式については、下記のとおり開催を予定しています。

?式典の様子を録画し、後日大学HPに掲載予定です。
?卒業生?修了生および参列者の方は、開式時間の１０分前までに、会場内にてご着席願います。
?ご家族等の参加は学生１名につき１名までとさせていただきます。
?自家用車?バイク?自転車でのご来場はご遠慮願います。
?会場には参列者席を用意しておりますが、座席数に限りがございます。会場内にお入りいただけない場合がありますので、予めご了承いただきますようお願いいたします。
?式典後、会場周辺に留まることはお控え願います。
?在学生の来場はご遠慮ください。
?式典後（同日午後）、学部および博士前期課程については、本学松ヶ崎キャンパスにおいて、課程?専攻ごとに学位記の受け渡しがあります。時間?場所は後日お知らせします。博士後期課程については、式典会場にて学位記の受け渡しがあります。
?当日、発熱や咳などの体調不良がある場合は来場せず、後日配信される録画映像をご覧ください。
2024 Academic Year Commencement Ceremony
The 2024 Academic Year Commencement Ceremony will be held as shown below.

?A recording of the ceremony will be made and uploaded to the KIT website at a later date.
?We ask that students and others come to the venue and be seated at least 10 minutes before the ceremony is to begin.
?Note that each graduating student may only bring one family member or other guest.
?We ask that you refrain from coming to the venue by car, motorcycle or bicycle.
?Seating for students’ family members and other guests is limited. We ask in advance for your understanding if your guest is not allowed to enter the venue.
?After the ceremony, please refrain from remaining in the vicinity of the venue or on campus.
?Students other than graduates are not allowed at the venue.
?After the ceremony (the afternoon of the same day), undergraduate and master’s program graduates should proceed to the KIT Matsugasaki campus, where they will receive their diplomas, organized by their respective majors. Further information on this will be provided at a later date. Doctoral program graduates will receive their diplomas at the ceremony venue (Kyoto Concert Hall).
?Students and others experiencing fever, coughing or other respiratory symptoms should refrain from coming to the venue and watch the uploaded video recording on the KIT website at a later date.
