令和6年度春季学位記授与式の会場及び日程の変更について
本学の春季学位記授与式は、例年、3月25日に本学松ヶ崎キャンパスにおいて実施していますが、令和6年度については、例年使用している施設が改修工事中のため、会場を変更して挙行します。また、学外会場の空き状況を踏まえ、下記の通り日程も変更しますので、併せてお知らせいたします。
なお、開式時間?次第等の詳細については、令和7年1月～2月ごろに改めて本学HPにてお知らせする予定です。

【日時】令和7年3月21日（金）午前（学部?修士?博士合同で実施）
【会場】京都コンサートホール（京都府京都市左京区下鴨半木町1?26）
※ご家族等の参加は学生1名につき1名までとさせていただきます。

Change of Venue and Date for the 2025 March Commencement Ceremony
The KIT Spring Commencement Ceremony is usually held on March 25 at Center Hall and the 60th Anniversary Hall of the KIT Matsugasaki campus. However, due to renovation work at Center Hall, the ceremony for this academic year will be held at a different venue. In addition, based on the availability of the new venue, the date will also be changed as follows.
Details will be announced on KIT website in January or February 2025.
Date: Friday morning, March 21, 2025
For all graduates (undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degree graduates)
Venue: Kyoto Concert Hall (1-26 Shimogamo-Hangi-cho, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto)
* Please note that each graduating student may only bring one family member or other guest.
